The person holding this position is responsible for participating in the manufacturing of products in accordance with company Policies and Quality Program. This person will be supervised by a higher level electrical technician and will report to the production manager.


  1. Company is a drug-free workplace. Pre-employment and random drug testing will be conducted.

  3. Pre-employment competency testing and interview for specific job requirements will be conducted.
  4. Previous experience in commercial or industrial electrical is required. Enrolled in or have completed electrical coursework at an accredited trade school or community college is also encouraged.
  5. Previous mechanical experience with general hand tools and power tools.


  1. Read, understand, interpret, and troubleshoot electrical drawings and schematics from pre-engineered plans.
  2. Design, layout, and assemble UL 508 power and control panels in a production manufacturing setting.
  3. Design, layout, and assemble electrical and control wiring routes in the manufacturing of industrial equipment.
  4. Correctly wire electrical motor equipment to include pumps, vfd’s, compressors, and fans.
  5. Monitor inventory levels of electrical and wiring components required in regular production.
  6. Test and monitor quality of electrical power and control panels and related component wiring.
  7. Identify electrical components and correctly size them based on system requirements.
  8. Ensure finished products meet timelines and manufacturing quality standards in both function and appearance.
  9. Other manufacturing duties as required and mechanical experience with general hand tools and power tools.
  10. Working safely and staying on task

  2. Is able to read, understand, interpret, and troubleshoot electrical drawings and schematics.
  3. Flexible mind set and able to multi-task multiple projects and duties.
  4. This position requires teamwork and a “Can Do” attitude. Someone who wants to grow with our company and an attention to

detail completing tasks accurately with minimal errors.

  1. Minimum 2 years’ experience working in related field.
  2. Must be proficient in English, both verbal and written.
  3. Able to work safely and stay on task.

  1. State of the art heated manufacturing facility with overhead crane, and tools are provided.

Shop Laborer

Summary: Primary The role of the Shop laborer is to undertake the following overall responsibilities:


Assist with production line in factories.

Clean production area.

Sweep, mop, and remove debris.

Lubricate equipment.


Mark parts for identification.

Load and unload material/equipment.

Ship finished products.

Take instructions from supervisors.


Essential Functions:

Lift objects over 40lbs.

Work 6AM – 4:30PM M – TH.

On-time good attendance

Job Type: Full-time
